Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase made on kpopluv.co (“KPOPLUV”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or an address we can’t ship to; if we do, you’ll receive a full refund.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is collected at the time of order through our secure payment processor. We don’t store your full card details.

3. Promotions and coupon codes

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout and can’t be applied after an order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, one code per order, one first-order code per customer, and codes can’t be combined or exchanged for cash.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Product information and safety

We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors may vary by screen. PixelBricks sets contain small parts and are intended for ages 12+. LED light wands contain a cell battery and produce flashing light; they are intended for ages 13+ and are not suitable for anyone with photosensitive conditions. Please supervise younger fans.

7. Intellectual property

The KPOPLUV name, logo and site content are ours or used with permission. Third-party names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes.

8. Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
