Orders & Discounts
How do I get 20% off my first order?
Enter code KPOPLUV20 in the coupon box at checkout. It’s good for 20% off one order per customer and can’t be combined with other codes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
How do I check my order status?
Use the Track My Order page with your order number and billing email, or log in to My Account.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account just makes reorders and tracking faster.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Everything ships from the USA. Orders go out within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes on orders of $50 or more. Under $50 it’s a flat $5.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. Sign up for the newsletter on the home page and we’ll let you know when that changes.
What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
PixelBricks Sets
Where are the building instructions?
Scan the QR code in your bag, or download the PDF from the Build Instructions page. Each set has its own step-by-step booklet.
Are PixelBricks compatible with other building blocks?
Yes. They’re snap-fit mini blocks compatible with other name-brand mini building blocks. No glue needed.
What age are they for?
Ages 12+. The pieces are small and the builds are rated medium difficulty — a fun challenge for tweens, teens and adults.
How big are the finished builds?
Sussie stands over 9 inches tall. The Derpy & Sussie duo is over 7 inches tall. Rumi, Mi-ra and Zoey are about 3 inches tall each.
I’m missing a piece!
It happens with tiny bricks. Message us with the set name, step number and piece color and we’ll send replacements.
Light Wands & Keychains
Do the light wands come with batteries?
Yes. Batteries are included and installed — just pull the insulation tab and press the button to cycle through flash modes.
Can I bring a light wand to a concert?
They’re designed for it! They’re lightweight, 14 inches long, and the Saja Boys wand disassembles into two pieces for your bag. Check your venue’s policy on light sticks before you go.
What’s included in a keychain set?
Each set has three charms — the emblem, a mini light wand replica, and a logo tag — on a metal chain and ring with a lobster clasp.
Are the light wands safe for kids?
Light wands are recommended for ages 13+. They contain a cell battery and produce flashing lights, so they aren’t suitable for young children or anyone sensitive to strobe effects.
