Shipping & Returns
Everything ships from the USA. Here is exactly what to expect from checkout to doorstep — and what to do if something isn’t right.

- Where we ship: All 50 US states, plus APO/FPO and US territories.
- Processing time: Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).
- Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check status any time on the Track My Order page.
- Address changes: Need to fix an address? Contact us right away with your order number. We can update it as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Not feeling it? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all pieces and inserts included.
- PixelBricks sets must be unopened (poly bag sealed). Once you start building, the set can’t be resold.
- Light wands must be unused with the battery insulation tab still in place.
- Sale items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Send us a message via the Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the return address.
- Ship the item back. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks may take an additional 3–10 days to post it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
We’re sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
Missing PixelBricks pieces
Every set is packed by count, but bricks are tiny. If you’re short a piece, let us know the set name, the step number in the instructions, and the piece color, and we’ll get replacements out to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
